Abstract

This research brings reflections on the implementation of the CONNECT Project, funded by the European Union, which aims to promote open schooling and scientific literacy through digital technologies. This study aims to see how CONNECT promotes collaboration between teachers through digital technologies, using MOOC, website and platform for continued training. The initiative seeks to integrate science into the school curriculum, encouraging research and innovation. In Paraná, the implementation included a MOOC in seven modules, covering all stages of project implementation. Both the CONNECT website and platform expanded teachers' commitment to science and open schooling, offering diverse educational resources and fostering a culture of collaboration. The results indicate that teachers' active participation in science-action projects enriches their pedagogical practices and strengthens the effective integration of digital technologies in teaching. CONNECT's interdisciplinary approach demonstrates that technology can be used in the continued training of educators, improve collaboration between those involved and prepare teachers for contemporary educational challenges.
