Divine creation and the contribution of new technologies to care for the common home
Abstract
As people seek to understand and explore the wonders of nature, in the most varied ways, both in religious and scientific contexts, technological innovations play a crucial role in this journey. Given this reality, the research addresses how new technologies can contribute to the preservation, care, and recovery of divine creation and how religious and spiritual beliefs can use and benefit from digital media to influence the perception of nature as everyone's duty, to care for, conserve and recover integral ecology. The main objective of this discussion is to explore how religious and spiritual beliefs use and interact with digital media and influence our perception of nature as the work of divine creation that must be cared for, preserved, and recovered. Given this, the specific objectives seek how new technologies have impacted the ecosystem and humanity; analyze the relationship between faith and beliefs concerning the sacred connected to nature, and at the end examine elements that intertwine faith, and new technologies in the service of nature preservation involving human beings and global spiritual sustainability.
