Abstract

A Terapia do Esquema (TE) é uma abordagem integrativa que compreende o funcionamento dos indivíduos com transtornos psicológicos crônicos. Os Esquemas Iniciais Desadaptativos (EIDs), que fazem parte da TE, se originam nas experiências infantis e são representados por memórias, emoções e sensações corporais que surgem a partir de experiências repetidas na infância e adolescência. Para identificação e avaliação dos EIDs, foi elaborado o Young Schema Questionnaire - Short Form (YSQ-S3). Esta revisão sistemática investigou o uso do YSQ-S3 em populações com transtornos mentais e de personalidade de 2009 a 2021. Foram utilizadas as bases de dados Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus e PsycINFO, Periódicos CAPES com os descritores “young schema questionnaire” AND “mental disorders” AND “early maladaptive schema”. Foram incluídos 18 artigos, sendo o Transtorno Bipolar a população clínica mais estudada. Os esquemas de Defectividade/Vergonha, Isolamento Social/Alienação e Fracasso se destacaram como presentes na maioria das populações dos estudos.
