INFLUÊNCIA DO ALONGAMENTO POR FACILITAÇÃO NEUROMUSCULAR PROPRIOCEPTIVA (FNP) NA FLEXIBILIDADE EM BAILARINAS
Abstract
A dança requer boa flexibilidade. Nesse sentido, o estudo analisou a flexibilidade do quadril, com a aplicação do alongamento por FNP em 22 bailarinas adolescentes. Foram avaliadas a flexão, rotação externa e abdução do quadril, por meio da goniometria, e a flexibilidade linear, por meio da Caixa de Sentar e Alcançar de Wells. No Grupo Experimental, houve melhora da flexibilidade para todos os movimentos angulares, porém, a abdução obteve melhores resultados. Na Caixa, a variação foi menor que as obtidas nos testes angulares. Conclui-se que esses resultados foram específicos do grupo estudado, necessitando-se mais pesquisas nessa área, para difundir a técnica.Downloads
