Foco e Escopo

About the journal

REBRAE is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal that covers research on 
all aspects of strategic management and was established in 2008 by the Ph. 
D. 
program in Business Administration of the Pontifical Catholic University of 
Parana (PUCPR) located in Curitiba, Brazil. Its readership encompasses 
researchers, professors, graduate students and professionals interested in 
this area of knowledge.

Mission

The Mission of REBRAE is to stimulate and disseminate knowledge in the area of Business Strategy through the publication of research papers.

Objectives

To publish original and unpublished papers that promote the dissemination of studies and research relating to any issues in the field of business strategy with emphasis in empirical or theoretical research, as well as diverse methodologies and approaches.

Vision

Consolidate itself as one of the reference journals for the business strategy field.

Journal´s thematic focus

In essence the thematic focus of the journal is original articles related to the field of business strategy.

Evaluation process

If the submitted paper isn´t related to the field of business strategy the Committee of Editorial Policy may reject it without send to peers review. If approved by the Committee of Editorial Policy the articles will be submitted to a double blind peer review process.

Articles submitted for publication must contain a statement to the effect 
that all human studies have been approved by the appropriate ethics 
committee and have therefore been performed in accordance with the ethical 
standards laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. It should also be 
stated clearly in the text that all persons or organizations gave their 
informed consent prior to their inclusion in the study. Details that might 
disclose the identity of the subjects under study should be omitted.
The Committee of Editorial Policy reserves the right to reject manuscripts 
that do not comply with the above-mentioned requirements. The author will be 
responsible for false statements of failure to fulfill the above-mentioned 
requirements.
In the case of conflict of Interest the authors must indicate if they have a 
financial relationship with the organization that sponsored the research. 
They should also state that they have full control of all primary data and 
that they agree to allow the journal to review their data if requested.

Submission policy

To access the system submission it is necessary the author´s registration. This register is of a personal nature, confidential and of responsibility to the author. The submitted papers must be an unpublished work and not submitted simultaneously on for any other journal. Before submission process is strongly recommended to observe the instructions for authors.

The Champagnat University Publisher from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, adopts the Creative Commons license to your collection of scientific open access journals, and have as a standard the adoption of the type attribution license (CC - BY) for their content.

Histórico do periódico

The REBRAE is a quarterly publication of the Post-Graduation Program in Business Administration (PPAD) at PUCPR. The journal was first published in 2008, its purpose being to
diffuse theoretical and empirical studies and/or theoretical essays on business strategies using different methodological approaches. The REBRAE continues to have a firm commitment
to internationalization and quality of publications, adopting the best editorial practices of international periodicals, following recommendations/norms to ensure quality. The
REBRAE is currently classified in the B2 stratum in the Qualis/Capes Brasil system in the field of Public Administration and the Management of Businesses, Accounting and Tourism.
