Resumo

This study investigated a continuing education practice from the perspective of Special Education. The central objective was to develop and implement the Reflection-on-Action Cycle (RAC) as a multiprofessional formative strategy. Methodologically, a qualitative action-research approach was adopted, operationalized through four cycles of continuing education and semi-structured interviews with a multidisciplinary team during the diagnostic phase. The interviews were subjected to Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA), revealing that while collaborative work initially exposed relational and institutional complexities, its sustained application promoted the strengthening of interpersonal bonds and pedagogical innovation in Science education for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The proposal demonstrated success in promoting progressive inclusion outcomes, ensuring the right of students with autism to school belonging, and providing a situated response to teacher demands for fostering inclusive processes within daily school activities.
